A great idea from Ricta - a wheel with a softer inner band of urethane so a harder wheel can ride a bit like a softer compound.
The idea is you can still have the hard wheel speed and slide but with less rattle over the rougher spots.
Speedrings are extremely fast and slide excellent.
These are hard wheels designed for park, street and transition.
