Any 70s skater has been waiting for these more than any reissue ever.
Kryptonics changed the game back in the mid 70s when their wheels hit the shops...they left the competition for dead.

They are reissue of the 2nd generation Kryps which were the most popular of the Kryps (from around 1978...the major boom time).
They all have tough nylon cores now though which is a major improvement on the core less originals (Krypto did released the 3rd generation "C-Series" wheels with a core in late '78).
The reds are the softest that were made in the 70s and the most popular back then - famed for their ability to eat up rough roads and their legendary roll speed. These are the same hardness as those and the most popular of the reissues today...seems we still love "Red Kryps". ;-)
This size is small enough for larger cruiser boards, longboards and old skool boards.
Longboarders should check out the Krypto reviews online as they are raved about for being easy to slide and also very smooth drifting.
